This online application form can be used to initiate a NEW APPLICATION for a CPS permit.

A NEW CPS application involves a one-off $10 Club processing fee which can be paid online by Bank Transfer, or Credit Card, and, under the Club rules, all NEW CPS applications must include a current Certificate of Roadworthiness (RWC).

IMPORTANT: Once the new application is submitted, look out for the email with your CPS application details and instructions, then REPLY TO THAT EMAIL AND ATTACH THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTATION (which includes VicRoads forms, RWC and photos)

Your application will then be processed by the Club before returning the signed and stamped documents you need when lodging your CPS application with Vicroads
