This online application form can be used to initiate the RENEWAL of an existing vehicle CPS permit.

IMPORTANT: Once the renewal application is submitted, look out for the email with your CPS Renewal details and instructions, then REPLY TO THAT EMAIL AND ATTACH A COPY OF THE VICROADS RENEWAL FORM

Your application will then be processed by the Club before returning the signed and stamped documents you need when lodging your CPS renewal with Vicroads
