ENGINE NUMBER LOOKUP

Are you looking for engine or production information about your Chrysler, Desoto, Dodge, Plymouth or Fargo?

Click the button to find the engine specifications and production numbers of your 6-cylinder flathead Chrysler manufactured vehicles from 1914 until 1968 (depending on your vehicle).

This information includes not only all flathead Chrysler, Desoto, Dodge and Plymouth CARS in that period but includes an extensive collection of data for TRUCKS and INDUSTRIAL engines manufactured by Chrysler in the USA, Canada and Australia.

Use the engine number prefix or other information to lookup the country of manufacture, the year, make, model and engine specifications (ie capacity, bore x stroke), the wheelbase and how many were manufactured.

  • The Engine Data is displayed in a Google sheet and can be searched, filtered and sorted just like in Excel.

    The data is organised in multiple sheets so select the the sheet tab to see the data for either Trucks, Chrysler, Desoto, Dodge or Plymouth

    Before using filters or sorting the spreadsheet you need to enable and create a custom filter view. To do this select from the menu
    Data …+ Create filter view

    Then use the filters in the header row (ie the upside down triangle/filter icon) for the column you wish to filter or sort. For more help on filtering and sorting Google Sheets watch this instruction video
