Piston Broke Challenge

It's that time of year for the Piston Broke challenge with the Macedon Ranges and District Motor Club and hopefully we retain the trophy.

This year we are hosting so please come along and have a great day.

Starting point for the day will be at the

Ambulance Victoria Chas Martin Museum
1/55 Barry Street Bayswater VIC

at 9.45 for a 10am start.

Includes a talk and tour and morning tea will be provided

At 12pm we will move on to our club rooms for a BBQ lunch and desserts

Then the challenge begins.

Please register for catering purposes and numbers for the museum

There is no charge for this event.

This years Xmas in July is at

Pine Grove Hotel

45-51 Stoney Creek Road, Upper Beaconsfield, VIC 3808

Arrive at 11.30am for a 12pm start.

3 course meal $35

Soup- Pumpkin Soup, cream, dinner roll

Main-Christmas roast, turkey, ham, stuffing, roasted vegies ,gravy cranberry sauce

Dessert-Christmas pudding, vanilla custard, double cream, strawberries, mint

Kids under 12 free

Kids meals include chicken nuggets and chips, fish and chips, kids parma and chips,

kids spaghetti or kids' pizza with complimentary scoop of ice cream and topping.

This is a prepaid event so please register for this event by 15th July 2025

Attendance at this event must be prepaid.

Hot Cross Bun Run

Hot Cross Bun Run

This event is on Good Friday 18th April at Braeside Park, 

 Lower Dandenong Rd, Braeside VIC 3195 

It is a chance to join some other car clubs by displaying your car while enjoying a Hot Cross Bun with donations going to the Childrens Hospital Good Friday Appeal. 

Free Hot Cross Buns, tea and coffee will be provided, 

along with scintillating conversation.

When 

Time. 10.00am till 1:30pm

Where 

Rosella Oval / Picnic Area – Braeside Park

Lower Dandenong Road, Braeside. Melway Map: 88 E8

Enter Braeside Park from Lower Dandenong Road. Rosella Oval is the last oval on the left-hand side before the exit back onto Lower Dandenong Road. 

Please note this is a ONE-WAY circuit.

Housekeeping: No animals are allowed in the park. No Alcohol is permitted. Please take your litter home with you. Do not feed or handle the wildlife. Drive very careful on the oval.

Vietnam Veterans Museum: 13th April 2025

25 Veterans Drive, Newhaven

Please note change of date due to Easter

  • Make your own way to the Museum arriving at 10.30.

  • Lunch and entry will be subsidised by the club.

  • Entry is $10

  • Lunch is $10 consisting of ham and salad or chicken and salad sandwiches,

  • Scones, jam and cream, tea/coffee station and water. OR

  • You can purchase your own lunch at the café.

This is a great museum and really worth seeing. If you have been before, remember

The 2025 Annual Tour of the Chrysler Restorers Club Victoria will be held in Ballarat, VIC on the Labour Day weekend of Friday 7th to Monday 10th March 2025
